Older
Almost all of these tracks were recorded with a Zoom R16 recorder/interface/controller with all effects turned off. The electronic piano was plugged straight into the recorder. The bass was taken from the pickup via the amp's direct output or effects send. (A few recordings also have mic'd ascoustic bass mixed in.) The drums were recorded with two inexpensive AKG mics. I mixed the tracks with Audacity. I'm new at this whole multitrack recording thing, so please let me know if you have ideas. For comparison (and because I like it) I've left Autumn Leaves up, which I recorded with tiny binaural mics from Core Sound and an Edirol R-1 digital recorder.
